"I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know about our experiences with Bug-Track and your sales and support staff.
During the implementation of our new ERP system we needed a method of tracking issues that arose during the implementation of the system. We went to the internet to find a product that would have the features and functions that we required. We needed to be able to record a variety of types of issues and be able to categorize, prioritize, assign and track them. We looked at a number of systems and determined that your system would allow us to do these functions with ease. With little to no training we were able to setup and get the system running within a day, complete with Status Codes, Priority Codes, Bug Types and all other codes.
The web based hosting that you provide allows our team members to be able to access and address their issue wherever they are in the world with no maintenance or setup by our IT staff. The speed of your servers has also allowed the team to access the system efficiently.
As for support, the very few times that we have needed support your team has responded quickly and resolved the issues in a timely manor.
Although it was originally planned that we would use the product for implementation, we plan on using the application on a daily basis once the system is up and running. The ability to create multiple projects will allow us to do this.
